What we build
Three kinds of work. Point at one and the drawing redraws itself.

Custom homes
Ground-up houses on flat lots and hillsides. Grading, foundation, framing, rough-in, inspections, finish carpentry. One contract and one schedule from the first footing to the keys.
Hillside lot? We read the soils report before we price the foundation.

Commercial build-outs
Tenant improvements, storefronts and offices. New partitions, ceilings, accessible restrooms, storefront glazing.
We coordinate with the landlord's rep, your architect and the city inspector, so you deal with one contact.

Kitchens & baths
Cabinets set to a sixteenth. Showers waterproofed and flood-tested before the tile goes on.

How a job runs

Site walk
We come out, measure, photograph and ask a lot of questions. Then you get a written scope with line items you can compare against any other bid.

Drawings & permit
We build from your architect's set or bring in a designer and engineer. We submit to the city, answer plan-check comments and follow the permit until it's issued.

Build
Demo, foundation, framing, rough-in, insulation, drywall, finishes. The inspector signs off each stage before we cover it up.

Final & punch list
Final inspection, then a walkthrough with you and a roll of blue tape. Every item on the punch list gets closed out.
